A lifelong athlete, Alexis is highly passionate about Pilates, HIIT, Golf, Basketball, Tennis, Yoga, Baseball, and Aerial Sports.  Her greatest passion, however, is in sharing the benefits of being fit, healthy, capable, and happy with others.  


She is a certified as a personal trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) and loves seeing the joy in her clients when they achieve (and exceed!) their goals!  


In addition to being a certified personal trainer, Alexis has also worked in the field of nutrition for both clients looking to lose weight, and clients looking to add healthy weight in the form of lean muscle mass.  She is available for nutrition consultations and planning.
